Pet Policy
At The Arts, we love our fur-babies! We have no weight limit on our furry friends, with a two-pet maximum per apartment. Instead of a pet deposit ($0!), there is a one-time $400 pet fee and a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions apply. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process.
*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
